Library and Facility Renovations
Pre-bid meeting 03/23/2010.
The project includes facility interior upgrades/renovations at Main Library Lower Level Auditorium as demonstrated by the project plans and specifications. Construction services shall include but is not limited to all prime, subcontractor, and supplier services necessary to provide a complete turnkey management and delivery of the projects. Typical areas of construction work will include, but is not limited to, demolition, metal stud partitions, doors/frames/hardware, bathrooms, interior architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Technology and library furniture/fixtures work shall be done by the City.
