Library and Community Center
The Library and Community Center project is a renovation and addition The existing building contains 16,100 square feet. The project will demolish 2,900 square feet, renovate the 3,000-square-foot existing library, construct a new 5,900-square-foot addition to the library, and renovate 7,200 square feet for a community meeting rooms, County Supervisor's office, and other County uses. Under a separate project the Sheriff's Department shall renovate the remaining 3,000 square feet to support potential future uses in the adjacent two-story Sheriff's building.
