The projects include facility interior upgrades/renovations at the Belmont Branch
and Hull Street Branch Libraries. Construction services shall include all prime, subcontractor, and
supplier services necessary to provide complete turnkey management and delivery of the project. Typical
areas of construction work will include, but are not limited to demolition, metal stud partitions,
doors/frames/hardware, bathrooms, interior architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and
