Library Services and Technology Act Evaluation

The Commission administers Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant funds for libraries. The LSTA requires that states report on five-year plans prior to the end of each five-year plan. To meet this mandate the State is seeking services to evaluate its current five-year plan. The result of this study will provide valuable information to prepare for its next five-year plan (2013-2017). The goal that pertains to activities conducted under LSTA requirements is: To improve the availability and delivery of library and information services.
