Library Services Platform for the Library of the Marine Corps
The Library of the Marine Corps has a need for a firm-fixed price contract for a cloud-based library services solution offering flexibility and interoperability. This solution will include the following:
•    Library Services Platform
•    Discovery system
•    Digital Asset Management system
•    Electronic Resource Management system

The new solution will have the following characteristics:
•    is a fully operational commercial service for the core library services;
•    employs state-of-the-art, proven technology with future development potential;
•    offers a comprehensive and flexible discovery and delivery interface, and staff- and end-user experience;
•    is hosted in a secure, reliable cloud environment that is recognized by the GSA as FedRAMP authorized or in process of FedRAMP authorization;
•    facilitates efficient workflows and eliminate redundancy across components;
•    does not require installation of software on local computers; and
•    meets current Department of Defense and international (ISO) security standards and requirements.


The anticipated performance period is for a base period of twelve months with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. No hard copies of the RFP will be made available.

All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the instruction provided in Section L of the RFP. All questions shall be submitted in writing and addressed to the Contracting Officer via email as specified. NO TELEPHONE CALLS will be accepted.
