The Lewis & Clark Library (Library) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system for the Library and its branches. The new system will replace an existing RFID system. This proposal should include all the hardware and software necessary to implement and install an RFID system, training on the use and implementation of the system, and ongoing support and maintenance for the system. The proposed system must include all the hardware and software necessary to perform standard library material handling activities like check-out, check-in, self-checkout, inventory, weeding, item movement, and item security.
