Library Program Management Services
Fulton County, Georgia (County) is soliciting proposals from qualified proposers to provide a full range of program management services necessary to facilitate construction and expansion of various libraries. The program consists of two (2) phases. Phase I will consist of the new construction of eight (8) libraries, and two (2) major expansions of the Auburn Avenue Research Library and South Fulton Library. Phase II will consist of the renovation and expansion of twenty-three (23) branch libraries, and a new Central Library (dependent upon obtaining private sector funding) or the major renovation and expansion of the current Central Library. Program management and other related professional services will begin during the planning phase of each project and continue through the construction close-out and warranty periods of all facilities.
