The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals to engage a contractor to purchase a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS),
browser-based library management system to replace an existing system for the Learning Resource Center Network of
the New Jersey Department of Education. The purchase price shall include all software, hardware other than PCs and
printers, including barcode scanners, and portable handheld devices for remote circulation and inventory, data
conversion services, installation, system implementation, training, technical support, hosting and on-going maintenance
of the system.
