The scope of work includes furnishing of new, latest state-of-the-art technology of
Electronics, on an as needed basis, including but not necessarily limited to TVs and
Video, Audio, Cameras and Camcorders and Computer Software and Accessories. It
is desirable that Proposers provide a Marketing Partnership and City Web-Based On-
Line Electronic Catalog, Ordering and Delivery System (Online Ordering). However,
offering the Marketing Partnership and Online Ordering should not affect the most
favorable prices offered to the City for Electronic purchases. The term of the contract
is two (2) years from date of award, with options to renew for three (3) additional one
(1) year periods, in accordance with the attached specifications.
