The work includes a single story, slab on grade floor and spread footing foundations, steel column-and-beam framing with conventional steel roof joists and structural metal decking, steel stud and masonry veneer exterior cavity walls, load-bearing CMU walls as needed for lateral bracing, and interior metal stud and gypsum board walls.
