Vendor please notej the attached list of publications is a sample order for the libraries. Projected expenditures for this bid award for school year 2011-2012 are $70,000.00. This is an estimate only. Vendors responding to this bid are asked to provide the discount offered off publisher's list price or vendors catalog price. The discount offered is to be a fixed percentage for all books ordered.
The award will go to the Vendor(s) offering the greatest discount off publisher's list or vendor catalog price resulting in the lowest priced product as per the completed sample spreadsheet. The award is for the fiscal year 2011-2012 ending June 30, 2012 and may be renewed on mutual agreement of both parties for one additional fiscal year ending June 30, 2013. Discount % offered to apply to reference books which historically make up 15% of total purchases.
Availability of text is critical for our libraries. The District reserves the right in the case of long lead times, out of stock situations, etc. to place orders to the next low responding vendor. Continued poor performance in regard to meeting delivery requirements shall result in cancellation of award and assignment to the next low responding vendor.
