Library Alterations/Additions
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The work includes 1,215 square feet of new construction (1,118 heated / 97 unheated). The new construction includes a single story, slab on grade floor and spread footing foundations, wood framing with prefabricated wood trusses and asphalt roof shingles. The exterior walls consist of wood stud and masonry veneer cavity walls. The interior walls are wood stud with gypsum board finish. Also included are aluminum clad, wood framed windows, suspended acoustical ceiling systems, and various interior finishes.
