The City of High Point is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive architectural/engineering and design services for the expansion and renovation for the main library at 901 North Main Street, High Point, North Carolina. Services may include surveying, design, consultation, presentations and construction related services. The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to generally describe the work desired by the City and to invite qualified persons or firms to submit written descriptions of their qualifications and proposed approach for providing that work.
