The project includes all necessary work to construct a 2,940 square foot, single story, wood frame slab on grade library facility as detailed in the Contract Documents. The work includes but is not limited to all demolition, site work, landscaping, reinforced concrete, wood frame structure erection, roofing, exterior and interior finishings, mechanical, electrical and low voltage work required to construct the facility.
