Lexington County SC surveillance
Mandatory pre-bid: January 27, 2010.
Shall be able to integrate with our existing ProWatch System.
2. Shall be able to work with the 16 existing cameras located at 205 East Main Street, Lexington, SC:
a. Teller Windows
b. Plaza Front Door
c. Judges Entrance to parking area
d. Prisoners entrance to parking area
3. 12 ACUIX PTZ High speed Dome Low light & all weather cameras must be able to cover parking lots 24 hours a day including:
a. Need to cover the Employee parking area.
b. Need to cover Drive up window and drop box.
c. Better coverage of Plaza Kiosk area to prevent when the sun shines into building.
4. Fusion IV DVR system or equivalent to be able to handle the 16 existing cameras as well as additional cameras.
5. Honeywell E-Series LCD 19 inch or equivalent monitor.
6. Redundant Power shall be provided.
7. Installation should be able to withstand the outdoor elements year round.
8. System shall be able to pan and zoom with high clarity.
9. Honeywell equipment or equivalent (Equivalent item will be evaluated to be determined as an equal by Lexington County).
10. Work will need to be completed within 30 days after purchase order issued.
11. All work will also have to be signed off by Lexington County before considered complete.
12. Training must be provided for Technical and Operational procedures.
13. Base warranty with extended options should be offered on hardware and software.
14. All items should be currently production by original manufacturer.
