Level Recreation Field/Upgrade Softball Field
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation RFQP02031400012 is being issued as a request for quote to level FCI Danbury's Recreation Field. The total recreation field area is approximately 15,000 sq. ft. In addition, a chain link backstop will need to be removed and disposed of. A new chain link backstop will need to be furnished and installed. The softball field, approximately 5,000 sq. feet, will also need to be upgraded. A statement of work is attached as well as the Department of Labor's Davis Bacon wage rates for Fairfield County Connecticut.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75.
This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business size standard $14,000,000 associated with NAICS code 238990.
