This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP) (Solicitation Number HSBP1014R0054 for a commercial procurement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement, Attachment A Statement of Work, Attachment B1- Past Performance Reference Data Sheets, B2 - Past Performance Relevant Experience Form and Attachment C - Sample Listing of Delivery Locations constitutes the solicitation. A written solicitation (see Attachment A) is included with the solicitation. The National American Industry Classification code is 332994 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. This solicitation is issued through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website (www.fbo.gov). All future information will be distributed through the FedBizOps website. Customs and Border Protection, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (with a Base Year and 4 Option Years), (no multiple awards) Delivery Order will be issued during the term of the contract for the delivery of the various items listed on pages 3-6 of the solicitation. See pages 3-6 of the solicitation for the estimated quantities for each of the ordering periods of the subsequent contract. The basis of award for the subsequent IDIQ contract will on a low price-technically acceptable basis. NOTE: ORFFEROR'S MAY BE REQUESTED YO SUBMIT SAMPLES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECTION OF THE SOLICIATION TITLED PROPOSAL CONTENT, VOLUME I, SUBPART 4 (SEE PAGE 29 OF THE SOLICITATION. SAMPLES ARE ONLY TO BE SUMBMITTED IF REQUESTED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER OR CONTRACT SPECIALIST. SAMPLES WILL BE EVALUATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEFINED REQUIREMENTS OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK. If REQUESTED, SAMPLES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SHIPPING (SAMPLES SUBMITTED FOR EVALUATION AND RELATED SHIPPING COSTS SHALL BE AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT). SAMPLES SHALL BE RETAINED BY THE GOVERNMENT,
