The Los Angeles Dept of Water and Power is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms interested in providing State legislative consulting services and State Bond funding advisory services. Pre-proposal conference on 12/18/2008 at 1:00 PM at 111 N. Hope Street, Rm 1171, Los Angeles, CA 90012. the meeting is not mandatory but attendees will receive ten (10) points credited towards the successful completion of the GFE requirement outlined in Section 4.17 of this RFP.
