The Legislative Budget Board (LBB) issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified, independent consultants to assist the LBB in conducting an evaluation of Early Childhood Readiness demonstration projects, also referred to as the Texas Early Education Model (TEEM), authorized under Texas Education Code (TEC), Section 29.160 and the School Readiness Certification System (SRCS) authorized under TEC, Section 29.161.
