LBFMS Hosting and Support Services
The Library of Congress and other Legislative Branch Agencies require ongoing contractor services to support the Legislative Branch Financial Management System (LBFMS), a web-based system used to manage financial and administrative operations.
The required services include all services associated with system hosting, application management, help desk support, upgrades/migration/enhancement/testing support, program management, IV&V support, system training, documentation and system study support, software licensing and maintenance, transaction processing and financial management support, and business process reengineering support.
