Legal Services - Foreclosure Action Processing
USDA Rural Development is seeking legal services for single family home loans that have been accelerated in the state of New Hampshire, and which the agency desires to foreclose on the USDA mortgage. We will ask the Attorney to commence a non-judicial action to foreclose and bring the security property to public sale in the minimum time permitted by state law. USDA also utilizes a contracted auctioneer to conduct foreclosure sales who the Attorney will work with to close or finalize the sale. The Attorney may, on a case by case basis, be requested to assist the agency on bankruptcy matters or petitions filed in superior or federal court related to a foreclosure. The agency has assigned a flat fee schedule for required services.
