Legal Counsel
The City requests proposals from law firms to provide representation and advice to the City on energy regulatory policy, compliance, and enforcement matters associated with mandatory reliability standards promulgated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC). The City intends to enter into an agreement with one or more firms to provide legal services as-needed on a matter-by-matter basis.
