Legacy Battery Cabinet
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure battery cabinets on a Sole Source basis from Legacy Power Conversion.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 due to unique hardware attributes of the requirement.
