The Department of the Army seeks to lease approximately 20,681 square feet of usable contiguous office space and parking space for 147 in Huntsville, Alabama. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, energy star compliant, and must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100 year floodplain.

DELINEATED AREA: The building must be located within the following:
Area West of Research Park Blvd, East of Voyager Way, North of Old Madison Pike, South of Bradford Road,Includes Odyssey Drive, Eagle Drive and East side of Voyager Way


LEASE TERM: The lease term is one (1) year firm term, with four (4) option years.


SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted by 27 March 2015 in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals):

1. Building name/address.
2. Rentable square feet available and the expected rental rate per rental square foot, fully serviced.
3. Date of space availability.
4. Building ownership information.
5. Amount of exclusive use parking available on site.
6. One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered.
7. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact.
8. In cases where an agent is representing an owner, written acknowledgement.
9. Valuation of building
