Leasing and Programming for Pavilion Space
Seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations interested in leasing and programming an enclosed pavilion space. Through this Request for Proposal, the Corps aims to identify and select a tenant with an innovative programming concept that will activate this portion of Pier. Innovative programming proposals for the Pavilion that incorporate a mix of uses are welcomed; however programming must feature a maritime and/or environmental educational component. Food and beverage services will not be allowed.
