Leasing Retail Space at Los Angeles Mall in Downtown LA
The City of Los Angeles (City), acting through its Department of General Services (GSD), Real Estate Services (RES), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to entities specializing in food preparation and retail services in the Los Angeles Mall (Mall).
The Mall is located at 201 North Los Angeles Street at the City Hall complex in downtown Los Angeles. The proposed sites are in various locations in the Mall commonly known as Spaces 3A, 6, 9A, 1 OD, 12, 15A, 16, 23A, 101 and 103. A layout of the Mall depicting the sites is included as an attachment. It is your responsibility as a potential vendor to understand the requirements as described in this RFP and to respond in the format requested.
