PANAMAX 2014 Office Equipment Notice
The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a name brand procurement for office machine rentals in support of the PANAMAX 2014 Exercises at Naval Station Mayport, FL. Presently this is not being set aside for Small Business (SB), because a Sources Sought was posted on 14 JUN 2014, and there were no responses. However if there are some small businesses available, it will be changed to a 100% SB set aside. This is both an operational and foreign military interaction exercise and is a top priority exercise for U. S. Southern Command (USSSOUTHCOM). The primary objective of this contract is to obtain Expeditionary Logistics and Life Support Services for U.S. Navy and Partner Nation forces operating ashore in Mayport, Florida.
It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and delivered and operating upon arrival of forces unless otherwise specified by COR. The SC shall work closely with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling of all requirements within this work statement, ensuring effective completion of all services described herein. The Services Contractor (SC) shall provide all labor, material, personnel, operational and technical support to perform the statement of work for the execution of this exercise.
The SC shall provide logistics to Naval forces operating in Mayport, Florida. The 325 man, 92 of which are Partner Nation participants, PANAMAX Combined Exercise Control Group (CECG) will require laptops and printers.

Laptops: Require sixty-nine (69) Dell laptop of which one (1) laptop of each model will be sent for delivery on 13 July 2012.
