Lease of multifunctional outgoing mail machine to include equipment, technologies, maintenance, and consumable supplies required to meet requirement
The Lebanon VA Medical Center has a requirement for the lease of a multi-functional outgoing mail machine, inclusive of all necessary equipment, technologies, preventative / reparative maintenance, and associated consumable supplies unless specifically supplied by the Government. The mail machine will be used for periodic mass mailings. Offerors will be responsible for fully understanding the Statement of Work and for providing a detailed proposal to explain their comprehensive solution for the subject requirement. A firm fixed-price award is anticipated, to include a Base Period of one year with four (4) additional optional one-year periods. This solicitation is unrestricted, allowing for full and open competition; and award will be made on a Best Value / Trade-Off basis. A solicitation document will be available electronically on or about June 13, 2014 at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Offerors will search for solicitation VA244-14-R-0843 to access solicitation documents and any Amendments. The estimated Base Period of Performance is September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2015.
