Lease of Space for Bookstore on Campus and Management of Store

SUNO requests proposals from qualified bookstore management companies hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” or “Vendor”, desiring to manage the operation of the Bookstore and its services on an exclusive basis. The Contractor shall operate the campus bookstore for the purpose of selling books (text and trade), school supplies, office supplies, stationary, personal items, and gift items which are applicable to the University trade and other such items agreed upon by the University Vendors responding to this RFP must describe in detail Bookstore operational plans and other solutions offered by the vendor that would enable SUNO to offer a state-of-the-art environment for the students, faculty and administration.
