Lease of Mobile CT Scanning System Trailer
The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific intends to solicit and award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services, contract for lease of a Mobile Computed Tomography (CT) Scanning System Trailer for Bassett Army Community Hospital (BACH), Alaska. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to meet BACH's requirement. The CT provided shall be FDA approved for mobile units. The CT unit shall be nothing smaller than a 64 slice CT unit. The unit shall also come with a CT Injector, to allow the facility to perform scans with contrast on patients, and their dependents. The contractor shall transport the mobile unit to Fort Wainwright, Alaska, truck deliver mobile unit from port to BACH, and deploy mobile unit on provided mobile pad. Upon completion of lease, contractor is responsible to transport unit back to their destination from BACH, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. The requirement is for a two (2) month period. The period of performance will be on or about 24 September 2018 - 23 November 2018. The proposed acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621512 and the annual size standard is $15M. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registry with NAICS code 621512 prior to award. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
