Lease of Concession
The Department requires an experienced, qualified concessionaire lessee to operate the Golf Course clubhouse concession for the golf season. A minimum of five years relevant experience must be documented. The initial contract term is one year but the City retains options to renew the agreement for up to three years. A minimum bid for the annual lease contract is set at $15,000 per year.
The selected vendor will operate the food and beverage concession and be responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the leased property as described in the specifications.
