Lease and Redevelopment of Local Landmark
The City gives notice of the request for submission of proposals for the lease
and redevelopment of the Local Landmark.
The Project is a historic structure and any plans for the restoration
of the structure must receive the approval of the Architectural Review Commission. The
redevelopment must also adhere to the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Rehabilitation and
Guidelines for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings. The heart-shaped driveway located at the front of
the Project must remain.
