The objective of the Gosford City Council is to attract the services of a proven,
entrepreneurial hospitality operator to build a thriving business based within the existing
Kibble Park Caf/Restaurant premises.
It is expected that the caf/restaurant restaurant will:
 be a thriving venue, valued and well patronised by people living and working in
Gosford and is a destination in its own right
 be a commercially viable business
 increase amenity and diversity for the community
 promote activity within the Kibble Park precinct and greater Gosford City Centre
 gain a return on an exciting Council asset
 be a consistent employer of young people
 enhance the sense of place in Kibble Park
