Lease and Operation of Food and Beverage Sales, Gift Shop Sales and Elevator Operation
The Recreation and Park Department (RPD) of the City and County of San Francisco (the City) is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents to lease and manage certain concession opportunities at Coit Tower (the Tower), located on Telegraph Hill in San Francisco. The Tower offers magnificent views of San Francisco Bay, as well as the City, both from lower viewing areas and the observation platform at the top of the Tower. It is San Franciscos City Landmark #165 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Tower is an internationally recognized symbol associated with San Francisco and its history and draws hundreds of thousands of visitors annually.
