Lease and Operate Airport Shoe Shine Concession
The City invites the submission of proposals from experienced and qualified firms to operate a shoe shine concession at the International Airport. The selected Respondent will provide a shoe shine concession to include installation, routine maintenance, and daily management offering shoe shine services, shoe repair, shoe care services and the retail sale of shoe care products in Terminals A and B for passengers and visitors at the Airport. The shoe shine concession is envisioned to enhance passenger and visitor amenities at the Airport and accomplish the following: 1) reliable service conveniently available to passengers and visitors; 2) fair prices; 3) opportunities for disadvantaged businesses; and 4) maximum revenues for the Airport consistent with the other objectives for the program and a fair profit for the concessionaire.
