Lease and Development
The City solicits proposals for the long-term lease of a 1.82 acre parcel on the city's inner harbor, in the historic heart of the fishing industry and one block from Main Street and the Civic Center District. The City seeks development that contributes to the ongoing public investment in creating a downtown harbor destination and enhancing the growth of unique waterfront industrial economy. The Mayor and the City Council have declared this city-owned property available for disposition by lease. The City seeks a development of the property for Lease subject to the terms and conditions contained in the RFP.
