Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for a lease for the Transportation Security Administration in Grand Island, NE at the Central Nebraska Regional Airport.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 960 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
Minimum Square Feet (ABOA): 960
Maximum Square Feet (ABOA): 1,010
To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by July 16, 2014. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
