This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and determining whether to set-aside the requirement for small businesses. The work includes, but is not limited to, Lease One Class III Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) for PACOM, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The vehicle shall be American-made, alternative fuel, 2018 year model or newer and meet the Environment Protection Agency Corporate Average Fuel Economy ratings. Vehicle shall comply with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (49 CFR 571) and acceptable state safety regulations. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 532112 and the annual size standard is $38,500,000.
Interested sources capable of providing the required services must respond by e-mail to sandy.sekiguchi@navy.mil no later than December 4, 2017. Interested sources shall indicate that they are capable of providing the required services and must provide: (1) Full name and address of the firm; (2) DUNs number; (3) Size status (i.e., small business, 8(a), HUBZone, service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), woman-owned small business) and (4) references for whom you have performed similar work.
