The work consists of furnishing, delivering and operating one (1) cutterhead, hydraulic pipeline dredge (not less than 22-inch diameter), fully operated with attendant plant and personnel, with a draft not to exceed 9 feet, for construction and maintenance dredging within the Vicksburg District, other Districts within the Mississippi Valley Division, or Districts adjacent to the Vicksburg District. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
