Rental of Residential Furniture, US Embassies Madrid and Lisbon
Ladies and gentlemen,
The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Residential furniture rental services for US Embassies Madrid and Lisbon, as per the attached solicitation documents.
The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line
"Proposal 19GE5019R0048" on or before Friday, July 19, 2019, 15:00 German time to
JacobsenW@state.gov with a copy to FrankfurtRPSO@state.gov.
No proposals will be accepted after the time indicated above.
Please note:
a. All communication and the award documents shall be in English.
b. Please do NOT contact the Embassies directly regarding this project.
c. Attachments 3, 4 and 5 of the solicitation contain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for Pricing and replacement item price lists.
All three need to be completed and submitted with the proposal. Prices shall be offered in Euros.
d. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section 3 of the solicitation.
e. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section 2, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)). Please include proof of your valid SAM registration or provide status of your pending registration.
f. Section 5 of the solicitation contains the Representations and Certifications and you need to complete / submit (including information on Key personnel).
g. Attachment 7 (Contract Information Sheet / Experience Listing) - please use this format to submit 3 recent and relevant / comparable contracts.
Any questions regarding the subject solicitation may be directed to Ms. Wencke Jacobsen via e-mail JacobsenW@state.gov no later than June 30, 2019, 15:00 pm German time. Questions will be collected and, in the interest of fair contracting, the replies will be provided anonymously to all companies on the mailing list.
