Lease: 4,000 NUSF Administrative Space
The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 4,000 net usable square feet in Fort Myers, Florida for use as a Vet Center for the C. W. Bill Young Medical Center (Bay Pines VAMC). The space must be Class A office space no more than one floor and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site parking for 15- 25 spaces, 2 to 3 handicapped spaces. The proposed term of occupancy is a 20-year lease with a five-year firm term and three five year options. If not available a lease for up to 10 years will be considered.
Response to RLP, Lease and all Attachments is required by 2:00PM EST on March 9, 2018.
