Lease, Operation, and Maintenance of Pavilion Space
Seeking proposals from qualified individuals or companies to lease, operate and maintain two enclosed pavilion spaces and adjacent accessory outdoor spaces. Through this Request for Proposals the Corps aims to identify tenants with innovative programming concepts that will create a vital node of activity on the waterfront and will attract local residents and visitors to the waters edge. Potential uses for the Pavilions may include a food and beverage service, recreation space or market space; however the Corps is open to and interested in receiving additional use concepts and/or a combination of use concepts from respondents.
