Learning and Performance Management System
This RFP is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision and implementation of a learning and performance management system. The OPA is looking to purchase a learning and performance management system from a qualified software solutions provider which will automate its performance management and learning management processes for between 250 and 500 users and thereby reducing time spent by managers, employees and HR on current paper-based systems.
