Learning Management System
The purpose of this RFP and any resulting contract award is to solicit proposals for a learning management system (LMS) software application that will function as the system of record for State of North Carolina Office of the State Controller (OSC) HR/Payroll training activity. The LMS may take the form of Software as a Service (SaaS) or a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS). The intent is to organize the HR/Payroll training activities and resources, provide a system for activity registration, learning content, and training histories for students. Access to specific areas of the HR/Payroll System requires completion of certain training activities tracked by the proposed system. Details and examples of specific requirements are in Section III, Technical Specifications. Any award will result in a term contract between the State and the awarded Vendor for the time(s) specified in this RFP.
