Learning Management System
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is to receive proposals for an
externally managed Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS will be used to
plan, organize, implement and control all aspects of the learning process for staff,
Lottery Retailers and Service Providers at BCLC.
