Building systems include concrete frame façade consisting of brick, EIFS, cast stone, curtain wall and storefront, “green” roof with single ply membrane, complete building interiors, loading dock equipment, residential equipment, laboratory equipment, casework, lab tops, counter tops, shades, electric traction elevators, hydraulic elevators, Mechanical/ HVAC complete, plumbing, fire protection, electrical complete, AV, telecommunications and other special systems. Site work includes earthwork, E&S control, site improvements, retaining wall, concrete and asphalt paving, building pad preparation, utilities and loading receiving area.
