The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) has a need for an updated modernized Learning Management System (LMS).  The AOUSC's objective is to purchase a commercial user-friendly, flexible, configurable, and scalable LMS to include maintenance and support services.  The LMS will be used by the appellate and trial courts located throughout the United States (US) and its territories plus the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, Federal Public Defender Organization, AOUSC, Federal Judicial Center, and US Sentencing Commission. 

This sources sought is being issued to announce an Industry Day at the AOUSC for those vendors who are interested in assisting us with meeting our need for a modernized LMS for the entire third branch of the US Government.  Attached to this announcement is a DRAFT Performance Work Statement.  If your company, is interested in this requirement.  The AOUSC would like to see your commercial LMS.  Attached is a script that should help you to understand what the AOUSC will be looking for during your company's demonstration.

Industry Day will begin on October 21, 2019 at 9:00am Eastern time and conclude at 5:00pm Eastern time.  The AOUSC will give an overview of the program, a question and answer session, then one-on-one with vendors who brought their LMS to show AOUSC.

Industry attendees are limited to 3 individuals, due to space issues.  The attendees need to be able to describe the features within their LMS to include how it meets the script and provide the AOUSC some history about the company and the tool.

Interested vendors need contact the POCs by 2:00pm Wednesday, October 16, 2019 via email.  Those individuals interested will be contact with logistics of how to get into the AOUSC headquarters and the time slot of your presentation/LMS demonstration.
