Leadership Development Services
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, seeks the professional services of an academic institution accredited by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or an entity that has access to an accredited academic institution to work collaboratively with the Program Manager and two LDP Facilitators to administer a graduate-level Leadership Development Program for a maximum of 16 Corps employees annually.
This is a Firm Fixed Price service contract with a base period of performance of 15 March 2018 through 15 June 2019 and optional periods of performance, which may be exercised at the government's discretion. The period of performance for each option if exercised is from 15 March 2019 through 15 June 2020, and 15 March 2020 through 15 June 2021, respectively.
One contract will be awarded to the offeror determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offers must be capable of meeting the commercial evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation.
A Standard Form 1449, detailed Performance Work Statement, and a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan are attached. Any questions concerning this solicitation may be directed to the buyer listed on this announcement.
