DoDEA is seeking a computerized program to serve as a diagnostic tool with scenarios and subsequent evaluations aligned to DoDEA's newly adopted Professional Standards for Education Leaders (see attached document). The outcome would be to create an individualized growth plan for each new principal. DoDEA estimates that 20 new principals would go through the program each year and expects to award one contract for a base year and four option years.
