Lead-based paint inspection services compliant with HUD approved activities
A Request for Proposals (RFP) for lead-based paint inspection companies. Firms must provide costs for approximately 80 lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments and recommend lead hazard control improvements. These services must be performed in accordance with current HUD lead-based paint inspection and risk assessment protocols for properties that will participate in the Lead Safe Westchester (LSW) program. Completed proposals must be submitted to WCDP by March 1, 2010
